Here is a small PDF book that will introduce you to Macedonian. If you are already fluent/native in some Slavic language, you'll pretty much know enough to speak it. It's titled 0 because it's not topic-specific and it's written for someone that has no knowledge in Macedonian. This book includes:

• Introduction and alphabet
• Pronunciation
• Dialogs and phrases
• Grammar

You will also learn a nice set of words, so your vocabulary will be on a basic level.
