I've noticed that Moldovan Cyrillic (молдовеняскэ) can't be so easily written in Windows (I'm using Windows 7 at the moment) and that people mostly use Russian keyboard for that, but they still don't have the Ӂ ӂ there and they write it as Дж дж, therefore they are not fully able to use their Cyrillic alphabet. So I made the first Moldovan keyboard layout.

This layout was based on a mixture of Russian and Serbian keyboard, with the addition of letter in Moldovan alphabet. It's phonetic and can be called ЭЖЕРТ (EZhERT) layout. The letter positions are quite unique, the letter Я я is the only letter that has the same position in the Russian layout, Ь ь and Ы ы are remapped, and are easier to remember. Letter Ӂ ӂ is placed where the letter Џ џ is in the Serbian layout since those two are pronounced the same. Letter Й й is mapped where the Ј ј is mapped in Serbian layout (which is phonetic).

This keyboard layout is still v1 and is still tied to Russian layout, meaning, when you install it, it will appear with Russian [RU] in the Language Bar . If I figure out how to create a whole locale for Moldova I will in next versions. This is tested on Windows 7 so please test on other Windows'.
