Кусур (Qsur) is Serbian for "the rest" or "change" (like money) and this thing is something like that, the rest that doesn't fit into my normal stuff, and I don't have where to publish it, and I just throw it here, in the storage/basement. Why is it QsuR? Because I do a lot of things, I'm a UI Designer, Windows Modifying Enthusiast, a bit of a programmer, a linguist and a lot of other stuff and this just somehow isn't so ordinary to be there, like the keyboard layouts.

This webthing is kinda odd, you'll realize that yourself, and also, not everything will be in English.

Why is it a webthing?

It's a webthing because it's just a thing on the web. So, how the fword do you make a webthing? A few things I had in mind when I made it is how to separate it from the rest of the stuff? Well, it doesn't have a title, it's visually different and i just make words bigger sometimes, it's static, mine gives a motto on every page, it has a list of all the stuff on the first page, it's your timeline and the most important thing is, you use it for everything.
